On the 17th and 18th of November 2022, Christine and Chi-Chi took part in the Joint 12th Biennial Australasian Society for Stem Cell Research (ASSCR) and Australasian Gene and Cell Therapy Society (AGCTS) Scientific Meeting held in Melbourne. Chi-Chi took part in a poster presentation where she spoke about the lack of formal registration of Australian stem cell lines. Chi-Chi also spoke about the attitudes of researchers towards stem cell registries as discovered during interviews with Australian stem cell researchers and manufacturers. Christine also presented on FAIR and CARE considerations for Australian stem cell researchers as part of a panel on contemporary issues facing stem cell and gene therapies.
